About the Senior Fundraising Manager role

As Senior Fundraising Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of our fundraising strategy while remaining actively involved in fundraising yourself. You’ll secure funding from corporate partners, major donors, trusts and foundations, and individual supporters, while helping to strengthen the systems, partnerships, and capabilities that will support our long-term ambitions.

A key priority for the role will be developing our corporate partnerships programme, creating meaningful partnerships that deliver long-term value for both our partners and our mission.

About you

We’re looking for an ambitious fundraiser who combines excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive, strategic mindset.

You’ll bring:

• A proven track record of securing significant income through one or more fundraising disciplines.
• Strong experience developing and managing corporate partnerships and/or major funding relationships.
• The confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders, donors, and partners.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and influencing skills.
• The ambition to take on broader responsibility and continue developing as a fundraising professional.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

• Salary up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
