Ms. Marteyne van Well serves as Regional General Manager of Six Senses Maldives, leading both Six Senses Laamu and Six Senses Kanuhura and bringing over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
An avid diver and committed supporter of marine conservation, she actively promotes sustainability and ocean protection through initiatives such as the Maldives Underwater Initiative, working closely with NGOs including Olive Ridley Project, The Manta Trust, and Blue Marine Foundation.
Through her leadership, Six Senses Maldives continues to integrate sustainability, research, and community engagement at the heart of its operations aimed at preserving the Maldives’ marine environment for generations to come.
