Meet Jamie, A Ghost Net Victim From Raa Atoll
Jamie is an adult female olive ridley turtle and ghost net victim. She was found entangled in Raa Atoll.

Jamie
Jamie had a wound to her flipper and a skull injury. Her flipper injury did not require surgery. On X-ray we found an abnormal area of gut inside her. We planned on a barium study to investigate this further. She ate the odd crab but not fish. She was also very buoyant. Sadly Jamie passed away after about three weeks at the Rescue Centre.
